  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms, chicken broth, garlic, onion, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If using, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken before serving.
