- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers and half of the mini marshmallows on top.
- Spread the remaining batter over the marshmallows and graham crackers.
- Top with the remaining marshmallows and graham crackers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
