  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms until golden, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer.
  5. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet until golden on both sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the cream mixture over, and sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

  • For a healthier option, use chicken breasts without skin.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
