Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Mix in chopped salmon and green onions.
