  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the sliced beef, cooking until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to the beef, stirring for about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add the cooked noodles.
  5. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions and red pepper flakes if using.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can add vegetables such as bell peppers or bok choy for added nutrition.
