  • 1 Italian bread loaf
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the inside to create a boat.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, add olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and sauté until soft.
  5. Add chicken ham, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  6. Fill the bread boat with the mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
