A delicious recipe for sweet and sticky steak bites that are enhanced with turkey bacon and a tangy glaze.

  • 1 pound steak, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the cubed steak with the chopped turkey bacon in a mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the sauce to the steak and bacon mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook the steak bites for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until caramelized. Serve hot.

Notes
