  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and green onions.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour sauce over meatballs in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot over rice or as an appetizer.
