  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour the beef broth over the meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the meatballs are fully cooked.
  5. Serve the meatballs over mashed potatoes or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • Add sautéed onions and mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • For a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold water and stir it into the broth during the last hour of cooking.
