Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  3. Beat in eggs and then gradually stir in evaporated milk until well blended.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Let the pie cool before serving.
