- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
